I'm going to sell my pearl 8100 and I want to know the best way to clear out all information and get rid of my email accounts I had set up. Thanks!

Options/Security Options/General Settings then press the menu button and select the Wipe Handheld options.

not sure if BB has this option when I wipe BB the third party software i got were still there....etc maybe try to run the handheld software from your provider again that might clean up better than wipe

Do that, but also log onto the BIS website and delete each individual e-mail account.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is the URL of the BIS website? Is this related to the blackberry.net email address I received when I got my BlackBerry?
