I'm also severely disappointed with how locked-down the phone is in general. The only way you can do something as basic as using Opera Mini is to do some serious hacking on your phone. What's the point in having a nice screen and HSDPA connectivity if you have to use a lame browser? I've only had the phone for about a month and already it's starting to collect dust.

The V9 is a great phone. It would only take the slightest change in marketing to make it a very financially successful device. |

Maybe it's EOL only in the PNW...? Unlikely but who knows. We still sell it but we don't promote it. Kinda like the N75 which is also marked as EOL. |

![]() If only Moto would put the same enthusiasm into new colors for the RAZR2, it would sell MUCH better. I can pretty much guarantee that. |

I hope the V10 doesn't have this bug and that at&t is more than aware of it's affect on their current V9s. K |

There isn't any hence it was sent back for not working, not because it couldn't hold a set amount of messages.
People also don't have easy access to my phone; it's usually in my pocket and I rarely let just anyone hold/use it so having that many messages doesn't bother me. And I do re-read them occasionally - especially the really funny ones my insane friends send me. But thank you for pointing out my failing as a human being. K |
