Advanced WM6 Settings Software ?

Ive had the AT&T Tilt for about a week now and its a great pda/smartphone. how ever with some apps esp Skype 2.2 the mic is wide open and can pick up my kids wispering across the room.
My question is , what software or .cab file do i need to install to get to mic settings in WM6. The Auto AGC for mic enable/disable does nothing to lower it .
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated ...
