Motorola Q answers the phone by itself!

I have a problem with my Q. It has a tendency to answer incoming calls. This means people call and they hear a lot of swishing, ie, the inside of my pocket as I walk around. Often times I don't even hear it ring.
Is there an easy way I can get the phone to stop doing that?
