why can they not put the drivers out. This is ridiculous we have to resort to old video methods when our 3 year old smartphones can play video better than our brand new smartphones. This is a great processor w/ GPS. and whatnot, (MS7500) HTC GET SOME SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Touch was my LAST HTC device.

The company is nothing but trouble.

They refuse to honor the very warranties they have printed in their owner's manuals, too. Try getting something repaired through them.

I was looking at a HTC Libra for my most recent upgrade...after hearing this I think I dodged a bullet. Not being able to play videos, or do anything that involves things moving on the screen, from what I've heard, would really angry up my blood.

HTC's support sucks - they just wash their hands for any issue you throw at them and blame the carriers.

I'll agree to that.

HTC absolutely refuses to honor their own printed warranties on their products. I had a customer recently who was having battery issues with her Mogul. The phone and battery are still under warranty according to the information printed in the manual. She was in my service center, but Sprint does not do any in-warranty work on phones (and just this month started doing in-warranty battery swaps on a very limited number of phones). We put her in touch with HTC who refused to honor or even acknowledge their own printed warranty.

We were able to find a battery for her and she's happy with us, but I know she contacted her lawyer about the situation. Apparently it's not the first time someone in her family was given the runaround by HTC.

HTC phones always some problem

Posted by: ambush276

ya, but there are no other WM phones made by sprint that really can be = or to par with what the phones have got. Not to mention any company really in the USA has a better PPC than HTC... there are some decent SM's, (samsung, motorola), but for PPC its basically HTC especially on sprint... hopefully when they unlock phones to all soon we can get a much wider variety. And hopefully if they move to LTE, we will be able to get any phone on the market!

i have noticed my slingbox a little more watchable lately... idk why but it is.

i know this is rants and i should be getting angry with all of you, but instead im just gonna say that i have never had a problem with any htc i've owned. theres not really much else to choose from anyways that is gonna perform like them. if there is please name me what windows mobile phone you can think i've so that i might be able to take a gander at them.

what about the treos they are pretty decent smart phones a bit bulky but they have the processor power to do a lot.

There seems to be a lot of negativity towards HTC on this thread. I don't know about the problems people are having with the Touch. On the other hand, I've got the Touch Cruise and I'm very pleased with it.
