HELP: ziphone activation not working!!

I'm hoping someone may be able to help me.

I've tried 3-4 different versions of Ziphone. None of them seem to be able to activate my phone. I've updated my phone to 1.1.3. Tried activating on various versions of Ziphone and it says its done or completed but the phone still goes back to the emergency calls screen. I've made sure to put it in recovery mode, not DFU mode.

Can someone tell me if there is anything I'm doing wrong?? Between each try i've restored my phone to 1.1.3.
