Just unlocked new 16gb with ziphone how do you set carrier apn?

Works great but only have access to att sims with Blackberry plans where the data works great btw. If I decide to put a tmobile sim in etc where do I set the carrier APN such as wap.voicestream.com?
WOuld have searched but it is disabled.
