Install application icon dissapeared!

I recently unlocked my iPhone with Ziphone and it is currently running on version 1.1.2.
Everything is working fine, but when i went into the Install application, I downloaded a few new applications, about five, which filled my home screen up and now, the InstaInstall application icon dissapeared! ll icon as well as a few of my other applications are not on the home screen. I can not scroll over to the next screen, so i can't get to the install icon.
It seems as if the icons just dissapeared.
Does anyone know what i should do?

newb but any way i dont know if u can jailbreak 1.1.2 using ziphone
