installer 3.0 problem

i have 1.1.2 and steathsim i have been using installer but now it is not working says "error package download failed can't find host" i dont tink it is my phone i have 2 friends with the same set up and theres does it aswell is there a new update or is installer down i have tried searching and did not find anything any help would be great thank you
