Problem with ZiPhone 2.0 on 1.1.3

I can get installer.app to show up on the homescreen, I can browse through all the things to download, but anything i try to download goes partway then a message pops up saying:
"Error
Package download failed"
What am i doing wrong?

Alright now everythings working, got bsd and openssh, but now youtube doesnt work...
