Problem restoring/updating/doing anything

so i can get the phone to turn on. (i was running 1.1.3 devteam JB and all sorts of stuff but for some reason it all crapped out and put me into restore mode.) so i figure oh well, i might as well just start over from scratch anyways. so i put 1.1.1 back on there, and then try to upgrade to 1.1.3 using itunes. It gives me an error (1602). I try to restore it, to either 1.1.1 - 1.1.3 and it gives me an error (1604).

I am an ATT subscriber and it wont activate either, i can get wifi but no cell service. I just want it pretty much back the way it came outta the box

help please

ok well now ive gotten it to 1.1.2, got it activated and all working (it seems) but still cant use itunes to upgrade to 1.1.3. any ideas?
