Missed Calls Show Up As Call Failure

My Iphone (1.1.2 unlocked using TurboSim) works perfect the only small issue that I have is that missed calls come up as call failure? But if I see who is calling and press decline then the phone says missed call from whoever. For example if my girlfriend Lauren calls and I don't answer it and it rings all the way to my voicemail the phone will display Call Failure. If Lauren calls and I see she is calling but can't answer so I hit decline then the phone displays Missed Call: Lauren. Does anyone else have this problem?

Umm...I don't think it's supposed to do that - I get 'missed calls' when I missed calls....

How did you jail/unlock your unit?

This is actually my third unlocked Iphone that is doing this. I don't get why.
