Rzr V3xx:Vista

When I plug my Razr V3xx into my desktop (XP) it shows the found new hardware, and then it installs it and brings up the auto play box and I can do whatever I want in my memory card. Micro SD card I think. Then, when I plug it up to my friends new laptop (Vista) it shows found new hardward, then it asks where to search and the neither on the computer or the internet is anything that will install it. Is there a way I can make that show install on her computer?
