Razr v3r memeory shrinking???

I have v3r, I've done a little modding, mostly deleted the original files, added some ringtones, pics, vid's, etc.

I notice when I go into the phone using p2k, that my a: drive memory keeps shrinking, is their a fix for this?

It happened about a month ago, I read to delete a java.tmp file (I think, that's the name), it solved the problem, but now it's happening again, it went from over 400 kb, down to 92 kb.

Any thoughts??
