Operation Failed message while installing Yahoo Go! on SE w580i

I am trying to install Yahoo Go! version 3 on my AT&T branded Sony Ericsson w580i.

I opened up the browser. Then I typed in get.go.yahoo.com. When the installation page loaded, I selected to Download the software. After that the phone displayed the download status. After the software was downloaded, I got a message which said "Please Wait". After that I simply get the message "Operation Failed". I have tried this many times, but just cannot install this application.

I have installed other applications without problem, such as Google Maps, Gmail mobile etc.

Does anyone know how I can get this to work? Any help would be much appreciated.

I am going through the same issue, I couldn't even install google maps, thats weird cuz I have the same phone as you with at&t and all.
