turn off edge??

hey all i have atat prepaid and im using 1.1.3 jailbroken and unlocked with ziphone 2, all works like a charm i just have 1 problem , idont have a data plan , iwant to completely turn OFF edge , on 1.1.2 i use netservices but i just relized it doesnt really turn off EDGE on 1.1.3 , i tried BossPrefs aswell but it doesnt turn it off as well! it claims its off but when i go to safar with my wifi off it connects to the web and i get a message saying i was charged 16cents, GOd, please guys how do i turn OFF edge?

download itoggle in installer. It has an option to turn off edge.
