MOTO Q Internet settings?

Just bought a Q off ebay and i guess it was originally verizon but alltel was loaded on to it. so anyway the phone service works great but the only thing that wont work is the internet. i have the username and password for alltel. but how do you go in a unlock the internet setting so you can change the username and password ?
