Anyone get a lag from the clock when coming back from sleep mode?

I have a Sprint Mogul with the HTC Home plugin. Whenever I turn the phone back on from sleep mode, the phone takes a noticeable amount of time (although I would say it's less than a second) to update the time. Does anyone else have this annoyance?

i don't think the time is lagging, so much as the plugin is. i've seen it too. and it doesn't seem to matter whether i'm in a signal area or not.

Yeah same thing happens to me on my touch. I think thats just the way it is.

Ditto - It just takes time for the plug in to wake up after the phone wakes up.

This has happened on every pocket pc I have ever owned. I think it's just the screen graphics taking a second to get redrawn.

Yeah i get a split second when I turn it on it is refreashing to the current time, pending what is already running in the background. Prolly a method of powersave since it is a large today pluggin like many other today plugins work.
