Video streaming & Mogul

I currently have a computer that is exposed to the internet and I place some media on it from time to time. I wanted to test video and music streaming from it however the mogul wants to down load them every time before playing. What would be the best software for this? Also something that would enable youtube streaming as well would be a plus. Thanks.
