Need help moto V323i from metropcs

Hi Im from northmiami,FL,USA. I have a Motorola V323i with Metropcs.Im trying to find out how to acces the internet with my laptop using the phone.Evertime I try to set it up it asks me for an IP ADDRESS and DNS ADDRESSES, I dont know how to get those.
