Hi, I'm new to both modding and to these forums. I have a Sprint RAZR V3m that's been washed in the washing machine. BUT amazingly still works (for the most part). It's my intentions to use it to learn. I replaced the external display on the RAZR using bitpim. Tried to do the same on the W385 with a custom .gif 96 x 32. I rebooted the phone, and nothing is on the external display. just a black screen. I used black and white for the gif. I've tried other pix that I've converted and resized, still same issue. I tried to put original file back. still black screen. I assume I am correct by overwriting root/mobile/sprint.gif. Any ideas?

Ok, I got it. I had to use P2KCommander. Pitpim wouldn't do it for some reason.
