Ziphone crashed phone after 24 hours

I had used ziphone 2.2 to JB my 1.1.3 iphone, 3.9BL. Everything was working great until tonight my camera quit working. It would still act like it was working but after capture, it put a blank box in the camera roll. Then after about an hour i lost all sound. I tried a settings reset, which fixed the sound but not the camera. Anyone have any clue as to why this happened? It all worked fine right after the jailbreak.

Did you perform a DFU restore via itunes when upgrading to 1.1.3 and not a just a restore?

yes full DFU restore. worked flawlessly for the first day, then camera died followed by no sound.
