I have a jailbroken sim unlocked iphone that I am using on rogers network. I would like to upgrade from 1.1.1 to 1.1.3 because I cannot get ringtones to work for some reason. What is my best or easiest way to do this?

Should I upgrade via Itunes then just use Ziphone?

Also my iphone is 1.1.1 with 04.01.13_G modem firmware.

When I was at 1.1.1, I use winscp app to upload the ring tones to phone. Works for me. Going to 1.1.3 will not be any different.
