Unlocked 8320(T-mobile) on Rogers BES?

I just recently acquired an Unlocked 8320 T-Mobile(with WIFI) and currently using it with Rogers BIS(Personal $15 e-mail plan). My company is making a switch to BES and providing us with BB Pearl's. I was wondering, Would it be possible to use this Unlocked T-mobile Branded 8320 with Company BES server?
Who do I contact for BES help and How do you download IT Policies?

Sure, it should work like a charm. Your IT guys will set it up for you just like they do with the new Pearls. They'll push the IT Policy directly onto your Blackberry, nothing for you to do at all. Enjoy!

How can I use my own WIFI to connect to the internet using the 8820 ? I've configured the device and am getting a connection, but when I open the browser it keeps saying "Unable to conncet to the internet, please try again later" on the berry.
