How do I get from that pic to this info (File name is L87 for the GD87)...

yo yo yo, those are your log files, and IF YOU PLAN ON GETTING YOUR PHONE UNLOCK, you must submit them to someone that accepts log files and pay for the unlock code. Whom ever you send the logs to, they use your imei, an the 2 logs and using algorithm determine your panasonic unlock code and they'll send it back to you. Generally takes 24 hours...

You can use panaclient....its a server....read your unlock code instantly, but you gotta pay for that too..
