Did I download a bad 1.1.3 firmware file??

I googled the 1.1.3 firmware and the link looks like it came from apple. After I did a DFU restore with itunes all seems to work fine except under contacts in iphone, I don't see the alphabets row on the right side to scroll down and find your contact names quicker.
I've DFU restore the phone twice and both have the same result. For those who did the update to 1.1.3, are you missing that aswell?

nevermind guys. I was just being perinoid. The roladex letters appears after 20 contacts are saved to phone.
