Okay, so I'm debating on whether to get an iPhone or the HTC 8925. I have two questions that I am looking for answers for.
I am very curious about this deal at newegg, what allows the price to go so low? Anyway, thanks everyone.

Newegg.com - HTC 8925 Tilt 3G / UMTS AT&T Authorized SmartPhone

Also, is the video driver issue a huge issue with this device? What exactly is the cause of this, from what I understand there isn't a video driver built into the phone? Why would HTC not include one?

Getting that $184.00 deal means you get a 2yr contract, 1yr data plan, and $100.00 mailin rebate which is gonna expire out very soon.

As for the video driver issue, try to picture running your Windows-based computer with the Standard VGA driver and thats wat your hearing about. I think enough biched and/or threatened lawsuits that HTC is putting something out in March for this but Im not holding my breath for it.

Yeah, almost sounds too good to be true. We can hope.

But still comparing the Tilt to the Iphone, Tilt hands down. The iPhone would make a good toy and does NOT do UMTS/HSDPA.
