Change dialer skin on Touch?

Search is not working right now... and I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the ugly phone pad (that blue background for the dialer skin caller ID window), or even tweak the registry to use a different dialer program alltogether (e.g. Inesoft).
Any ideas? Thank you so much for your help!
