Am trying to connect to my iphone using wifi + WinSCP. I use the phone's IP and "root" + "alpine" as the PC app's connection user/pw but I get a connect error. Anyone have any ideas? Am on a small office network using a Linksys router which might be screwing up access to the phone's local IP...

The only time I get that message is when the wifi isn't working (which has been a problem for me since 1.1.3 - airplane mode on/off fixes it), are you able to get to web sites using your current wifi connection?

Do you have OpenSSH installed? That seems to be a common problem people run into, they forget to install it..

Heres what I had to do to get it working.

Install BSD System
Install OpenSSH
Install SUID Lib Fix

After that it works without issues. I'm currently on 1.1.3 using D-Link Router

LOL, NP. I forgot to do it after I restored mine to 1.1.3...that's how I knew what the problem was!

i did thsi all right it conenct i mad ROMs folder and NES in caps like it said but nes on 1.1.3 isnt finding them.. anyone having this [problem also?
