lost my iphone, should i get another or a tilt i need a browser with frames?

trying to decide which way to go,
i love the browser and stuff on the iphone, but i use the phone mainly for work stuff.
one of my programs i need to use for work is a frame type program
the guy told me at att that the tilt is the only phone that will work with frames
if thats the case, it really would almost be my only choice,
any other phones that work with frames
