iPhone OTB and ziPhone 2.3...

I opened my brand new, OTB iPhone today and connected it right up to my computer (the iTunes logo with the cable). It installed drivers successfully and then iTunes opened. I immediately closed iTunes and opened up ziPhone 2.3 GUI. I clicked, Unlock, Activate, Jailbreak and then finally Downgrade Bootloader and flash/unlock 4.03.

I started and appeared to do its thing. The iPhone screen turned into a list of commands (some were kind of funny) and then ziPhone said it was done. I looked at the iPhone and still had the iTunes logo with cable. What went wrong? Any ideas, solutions?

I did the *3001#12345#* and saw the Springboard for a quick second before the Field Test screen appeared. It looked as if I saw a Z icon on it briefly.

And in case anyone is wondering, the SN is:

UPDATE:

I popped out the ATT SIM card and threw in my T-Mobile card and the signal and "T-Mobile" is there. I also have an E.

However it is still at the iTunes/cable screen.

I thought it might not be activated so I went back into Activate in ziPhone and it still shows this screen...

I tried running the windows batch file in ziphone 2.3 and it did its thing. It restarted and then itunes opened with this message

"The SIM card inserted in this phone does not appear to be supported"

PLEASE HELP.

After evaluating it, everything works great. From YouTube to the phone, everything works. One wierd thing that it did was, when I took a picture, the picture sound kept looping for about 10 seconds and it stopped. Prior to that I was trying to load installer and got tired of waiting and went back to the SpringBoard. I was thinking that caused the camera sound thing... Other than that, SWEET.
