my phone worked with my old computer, but with my new one (with Vista OS) itunes opens when i connect my phone, and my phone goes to the itunes busy screen... but nothing else happens. it doesn't show as a device in itunes at all, and i don't know why!

i tried the 32-bit driver download i found in another thread, but it still doesn't work.

also, would getting the motorola phone tools program help any? i've never dealt with it, so i don't know what i'm missing out on, lol.
