Yes, I have been having problems with it since yesterday. Have to do a manual check.

Has it ever really been up? Yahoo push never worked 100% for me more then a few days at a time.

It hasn't been working for me either. If you want auto-check to work you have to turn off the push option.

I have a few yahoo email accounts set up on my iphone. 1 of them is still receiving emails almost instantly. The others have to be checked manually. Weird!

I received an email back for Yahoo, telling me to contact AppleCare as this was an Apple issue. Bet if I called Apple they would tell me it's a yahoo problem!

yeah prolly so that is why i'm just hoping it all gets sorted out lol...each one will blame the other

Can someone check advanced preferences for their Yahoo accounts? Mine no longer displays Push option, instead IMAP is an option. Deleting and reinstalling accounts did not help.

Thanks for replying to my request. This is really weird that my Push option disappeared and has been replaced with IMAP. I went ahead and did a complete restore and still it's not there. I am puzzled and confused. My phone is still 1.0.2 BTW.

The worst part is there is no option available to have it check email at time intervals.

my yahoo push email works fine once I turned autocheck to manual and left push as enabled. I get emails instantly from gmail and yahoo. Prior to this it was really flakey.

To get to that menu, click on your account, scroll to the bottom and click on advanced.

Are you certain you are in the Yahoo settings and not for another type of account?

Those settings don't do anything if you are using the yahoo mail setup. They are if you setup a pop account.

Besides, it seems to be working somewhat this morning. I just got notified of an email for the first time in several days.

Yes. I am also getting sporadic emails pushed to the phone. I have a case open with Yahoo as well as per link previously posted. Got a response in less than 24 hours.

That said I had to delete the account on the iPhone and recreate it before push started working....

Mine worked a good part of yesterday, but today is back to manually checking only. They (Apple, AT&T - who knows?) really don't seem to have the hang of this thing yet, do they?
