My Touch got a little wet...literally fell in the sink while water was barely running. I took the battery out...let it dry. Phone operates fine...Runs programs and such, However the Touchscreen does not recognize any touch. Considering the phone is called the Touch it has become pretty useless. I brought it to Srint willing to pay to get it fixed, and I was refused. All in all I spent $330 on the phone with no contract and I dont want to spend another $300+ on the same phone. Is this one hopeless or is there something I can do??
Thanks

in canada, if you purchase your phone using certain visa cards, visa will cover the purchase for a limited time (something like 30 or 60 days) against "at fault" accidents like breaking it, losing it etc. if you purchased your phone with your visa card, it would be a good idea to check that purchase protection out. if you paid cash, you may be sol... good luck!

Thanks for the Info.
My card actually did have that protection on it. Its going through processing but still I would of had no idea anything like that was available. Any body that has a similiar problem should give it a shot...

Bought mine from Bell Canada. Daughter spilt volumes of vodka over it in her purse and it to say the least, it behaved erratic ... took it back to Bell after sobering it up best we could, said nothing of the binge and they replaced it under warrantee
