HTC Tytn help!

I recently purchased an unlocked HTC Tytn about a month ago. Everything worked perfectly until about 2 days ago... I suddenly noticed that my phone no longer vibrates. Whenever I set it on vibrate, it doesn't vibrate whenever I get something new or a phone call. The phone never vibrates at all. Are there any suggestions to what I should do? This phone has never been dropped or anything. Please help.

Have you soft reset yet?

If the soft reset doesn't help double check your Sounds and Notifications settings to make sure vibrating is still enabled, etc.

I soft-resetted it today, no luck.
I hard-resetted it today, no luck.
It's on vibrate but it won't vibrate.
What do I do?
