V3 Video Length

Can anyone explain how to set up the Razr V3 to record longer videos? I've looked at past posts on this subject, which increased the length of the video from about 20 seconds to about a minute or so (sometimes less, sometimes more). The past posts said it would allow the recording to go until memory was about 96% full before cutting off the video length.
Are there any ideas out there?

max on the origianl v3 is 60-90 sec. phones like v3i that have memory card can record longer.

Your v3 has VERY LITTE memory. Get a new phone with a large capacity memory card, then we'll let u play.
