I have some trouble with this phone. The USB modem keep disappearing from the windows device manager and then I cant connect to any of the programs (QPST, BitPim etc) It appears in the device manager for about 10 seconds and then its gone.
How do I fix this problem? Anyone know? =/

I would try these steps.
1) Delete any mention of the Motorola USB Modem (or any of its numbered cousins)
2) Reinstall the USB drivers from MotoDEV. Make sure that they are the correct drivers for your system architecture; i386 vs. x86-64
