Kyocera Virgin mobile to cricket?

Ok, i just bought a Virgin Mobile wildcard to have flashed to cricket.
TWO cricket stores told me it couldnt be done, one told me it was simply because it was from virgin mobile (even though this is a CDMA phone, its from sprint, and i already unlocked it)
The other cricket store told me that they couldnt get the ESN number to come up so that they could finish the flash.
Ive talked to people who have this exact phone and have had it flashed to cricket.
So why is it that they can get theres done but Cricket wont/ cant do mine??
(((sorry im totally new to this whole flashing phones thing)))) HELP!!!!

I know i posted in another thread before but i wasnt sure if everything in there applied to my phone so i thought i would post my own thread since it seems my situation is a little different.
