So when you do a hard reset it should delete everything from the phone then re-install all the programs that came with it minus any usage information. Same goes for ringtones, clip art, pictures, sounds etc.
Of course, I cannot guarantee that your experience will be the same as it always has been for me, and frankly the whole phone return policy you're talking about sounds bizarre, so please don't blame me if it doesn't work out for you. |
