How can I add the movies that I downloaded from www.flixdump.com to my iphone?

Only through iTunes. You may need to convert them into iPod/iPhone format first using a conversion software (Google search for software). Then load into iTunes just like music, then sync it.

handbrake is a wonderful freeware to convert DVD movies to apple format

no visual hub is the best way to convert to mp4. hands down.
