Tether via USB with Pantec Duo?

I've recently migrated from a Cingular 2125 to a Pantec Duo. I love this phone but i'm trying to setup Tethering with it as i used this on my 2125 on occasion and really liked it!
I can't seem to find the usb drivers for the Pantec. Has anyone gotten this to work?

Look in the \Windows directory on the phone for IntShrUI.exe and run that. You can setup your phone as either a BT modem (via PAN) or a USB modem.
