customize home screen on 1.1.3

I thought we could customize home screen on 1.1.3 and move the icons around how do we do it

Press any icon and hold for a few seconds. They will all start shaking. Let go, and then you can move them anywhere you want. When you're done press the home button to stop them from shaking.
