I was wondering if anyone else with a blackberry pearl 8130 can get their opera mini browser into a landscape mode. I have tried and it will not work like it states. Let me know

Are you running Opera Mini 4? If so, shut off mobile view.

Yeah I am even using the little java application on the opera website to help me find it on my phone and it just does not appear under my appearence settings. I only have 3 settings rather than 4.

i think only OPERA MOBILE has landscape mode

my HTC opera mobile has it

On my 8100, it has the option but it doesn't work. I thought I saw on the Opera help that it's not supported yet.

it may be because the pearl doesn't really have a landscape screen, i know it works on the 8830

What do you mean?
Is there a landscape mode setting? Maybe its in the old opera not the newer ones, or its only in beta. I read on the site some where if you press '* and #' it switches it to landscape but it don't work for me. If opera had landscape mode, and auto switched '2 and 8' to side to side, versus up and down, and made '4 and 6' up and down while in landscape, I'd be in heaven. And if it auto scaled the page to fit it, wow. Kinda like the iphone I guess
