Need help with AT&T Raxr V3R .. no Ringtone folder

I've tried searching through the forums, but can't seem to find my answer. I found a guy who asked the same question, but then said he would repost to the correct section .. and can't find his repost.

Here's the deal. I'm a Verizon user. My mother-in-law is on AT&T. I added ringtones to her phone last time she was here, but it later was dropped and the replacement phone has me baffled. It's a Motorola, Razr of some sort since it's wider than my Krzr. I popped the battery and the only model number I can find is V3R. I don't know enough about the AT&T stuff I guess.

When I go into P2K Commander and access the phone, I get to the mobile/audio folder, and it's empty. There's another subdir called vavr, and it's full of .va files. I've gone through all the folders on the phone and see NO ringtones, not even the stock ones.

She's leaving in the morning, so any quick assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I tried e-mailing a link to her phone, but it was kicked back. I tried to SMS a link to her phone, but it never got there. I assume she doesn't have those options with her small-town carrier.
