my k1m wont turn on. and when i plug it in the keypad lights up and nothing on the screen plzz help

who is your provider? Have you tried taking out the battery for 10 minutes and putting it back in and then trying to turn it on? If you hold the * and # keys while the phone is off, and while still holding those key's, turn the phone on, does a blue screen with the motorola logo show up?

yes i took out the battery an put it back in and that didnt work.
and i tried holding * and # and power butten an nothing comes up the screen stays blank.
and when i plug it in to charge the keypad lights up and stays on. and nothing on the screen.

Again, who is your provider? Can you connect it to your computer? (Does the computer recognize it?)

Sprint and no i cannot. the phone cant turn on at all so the computer wont pick it up

Try turning the phone off, holding the * and # buttons, and instead of turning the phone itself on while holding the buttons, just plug it in to the computer while holding the buttons.

Ok i just did that and nothing happen the keypad just lit up

i flash and unlock razrs but i dont know what is wrong with this one. and it wont charge so i did something to give the battery some juice and i put it back in the phone an turn it on the keypad just flash once.And it u hold the power butten the keypad just stays lit. I dont know it its the battery thats cause that could the be why it doesnt stay on?
