I am trying to download an application for my Nextel phone. I have downloaded the same application to another identical phone, but for some reason, on this line I am getting the error message: "Failed Download with status code:1013(Invalid Digital Item)"

Does anyone know what that means?

You may want to check the current storage available on your phone, that message is said to be associated with low phone storage/memory.

You're not trying to do that with a Dell, are you? If you're the same UGG from somewhere else, you'll know what I mean. If not....you can check the memory usage on your phone to see if you're almost out.

No, not the same Ugg. Apparently there are a lot of us out there.

I've checked the memory usage and deleted most of the applications. I'm now thinking that there is a problem with Cellmania as I am getting several different issues on different phones. One phone is telling me that the suite is corrupted, another that there is a size mismatch in the JAD and JAR files.

Good Luck anyway, my wife and I flew to Vanvouver to catch a cruise, UGG was there too. They're shippers or something. Personally, I like the chics in UGG boots. LOL

I am trying to do it using a Dell and it is not working. What's wrong with using a Dell? How can I fix it? Btw...I only have a Dell.

I don't think it has to do with memory... I was trying to upload mgmaps to my phone using the wireless method and kept getting 1013 error... I used an "upload app" with the same files and worked fine...

Having said that, I do have a few apps in my i9 uploaded by the OTA method but some just don't work...

I get the same error on a i580 Boost .memory is not my problem. by upload apps he might mean IDenjal with a data cable.

By web uploader he is referring to a program...there are instructions on how to find and use the web uploader elsewhere on the forum...no cable needed. My issue was the file and not my phone...might be the same with the i580

I have used the uploader at the 144.230 etc site mentioned above and always get the 1013 error on my i580 and i760. but there is an app named LIFEINPOCKET that when I upload their app from their site it works!go figure
