I just bought this phone and i edited the mma_ucp just fine with p2k commander, that didn't seem to have any connectivity problems but when i went to get SEEMs off of the phone with multiple programs such as p2k tools, p2k manager and neither of them are able to succesfully get SEEMs off of my phone. PST can't suspend my phone either.

I'd really like this to work so help me if you can :]

you need p2k commander 4.1 and higher to download seems and then edit with xv132 or use motosetup 0.7 which also works.

I have 4.9 D or something like that...

Is there a way to download SEEMs on it? i didn't think there was.

yes, there is you need use one the buttons on the toolbar I bleieve it is the second one and click on old dialog you see an area which allows you enter the seem to be downloaded

I found it, thanks... but when I try to upload the SEEM back on to it, it does not seem like it's doing anything... doesn't let me know if it successfully did it and what not.. and either i edited my SEEM wrong or indeed it did not upload.

Does it usually display confirmation?

with p2k commander you need to upload it twice for it to take and restart your phone.

No it does not display proper confirmation.
