MMS and Cingular, one more time

Cingular here in Raleigh, NC USA is saying that they now offer MMS but I still can't get it to work. Web and SMS text messaging works fine. Email is glitchy, but not currently working at all. I don't have the MMS service center address for Cingular and am having difficulty getting it from them. They say to use the same address I have in my WAP settings.
MMS message sends gets to 94% send, then it says "communication error". An error occurred in communication with the proxy.
The email error I am now getting, after it worked successfully for a while with the exact same settings, is:
"Problem sending message. Disconnected"
I have tried the Nowmms, but never get an SMS authorization code to any of 3 phones or service providers I have tried.
Anyone got any ideas about Cingular MMS? Has anyone else been told by Cingular they now offer MMS? If so, does anyone have the MMS service center address?
Thanks in advance.

I'm in Chapel Hill, and my problem is more basic.
Since you are in Raleigh, only a short ways away, could you tell me whether you had any trouble getting the P800 working on Cingular on a GPRS isp.cingular connection?
Did you have any trouble getting Cingular to establish Wireless Internet Express WITH A GPRS connection?
Did you ever get "Unknown error" messages?
I can connect via dialup (CSD), but can't get past the "Unknown Error" message for GPRS.
Others tell me, probably Cingular never actually activated the isp.cingular for Wirless Internet Express.
Any help would be much appreciated.

If you are getting a 94% download, you are connected to the MMS service. The problem in the last 6% is where the service looks for passwords and user ID's as well as the size of the file. First check to see if the Password and user ID are correctly input, then try sending a smaller file. T-Mobile has a 100kb limit on a MMS file, and you get an error at the same point if you try to send a larger file or if your password and ID settings are incorrect. This will be found in your MMS and WAP ACCOUNT settings in the Control Panel.
