I am going on a trip for a bit and I was thinking of getting a sim card down there so I don't have to buy a new phone. When I tried it here I get a error. I called Rogers and they said I need to unlock my phone but they will not tell me how I was told by them to come here. Can anyone give me instructions on how to do it? PLEASE

2) Which carrier is the phone locked to?
