how to install games on my Blackjack?

Hello everyone, New guy here, I tried several searches but could not find anything on how to install game files on my Blackjack I, usually I find them in JAR or CAB type. Can anyone help??

Transfer the cab or jar to your phone and run the cab or jar through file explorer and it will install.
